Comment | My daughter's overdue it due to her health status, but the GP insists they have nothing to do with it. The Help line says they can't do anything about it, and just sent us to an online form which only takes basic details - name, DoB, phone number, etc. - and doesn't give you any way to say *why* you think you should have received the appointment already. The response to the form is an email saying "we'll look at it, just wait".
So, overall, the feedback from all corners is "not my problem, just wait and hope".
It's not encouraging. We were all doing well, but it's starting to look like someone dropped the ball (I'm sure the hundreds of people I see ignoring guidelines every day don't help). Hopefully, things improve soon, or we're headed for another spike, and a lot more lockdown, which almost no-one will follow. :/ |
