| Comment | Police forces are huge, powerful institutions which frequently abuse their power. Nastily insulting to an individual expressing an apparently unpopular opinion is not the same as calling the police pigs. They already have enough people defending them, as the comments on my post demonstrate.
I have had horrible experiences with police as a result of who I am. I doubt anyone who believes the police truly protect us all us can relate to this.
Anyway, I wonder how many of you piling on to call me a petty criminal or pervert actually go to Kelvingrove Park. I walk through it every day and live right next to it. It used to feel like a safe space, even when packed full of drunk students. It doesn’t any more. |
