| Comment | Taking black bags is optional I believe and they are told not to do it, so if they take them then they are really doing someone a favour. As far as I'm aware the rules are that they are only allowed to take the wheelie bin and empty it and the lid has to be closed. I guess the only other option is to buy another green bin at 60/70 quid and you will have 2 to use. Or you can just find a neighbour who doesn't use much rubbish and toss it in his, be warned but some folks don't like you using their bin. |
