I totally agree 2 failed attempts at buying in South Side with offers over 10%. Still remaining optimistic though.
I do agree though there is something weird going on. I'm noticing some flats are even coming down in price? While others are going in just over a week.
Would highly recommend the chrome extension that allows you to see price adjustments on Rightmove. |
