I’m not sure about Shawlands, as to me that’s always been a fairly nice area. But the change in G42 over the past 3 years has been astounding. Especially the QP park of Victoria Road.
When I moved to Govanhill years ago I thought it always had potential. I guess now all it’s happening is that it’s been realised.
