While it's true I've seen more of this recently, but I believe a lot of places are the same because of the lockdown, when there is nothing to do people tend to drink a lot, that's been found in many cases.
My mate in Bristol saying the same sort of things and Manchester and leads too. It's cus no one got anything to do.
