You must be very very good! If you can get the grants to cover yourself then yeah, it must be an excellent existence. The issue with R&T lecturing is that they lump on admin after admin and it doesn't factor in to the metrics you're held to at annual appraisal. So you get to August, breathless, and they ask where the 4-star papers are. |
