Sadly I think it's very unlikely Glasgow will be moved down to Tier 3 in under 14 days.
There will be a formal update on 21st May that will confirm and I expect they won't have enough data to show a decline in numbers. In fact I expect a few more areas to be moved up or put on watch lists.
The current restrictions mean you can not enter or leave a tier 3 level to move in to a tier 2. This is a legal restriction not just an advisory. |
