| Comment | Ability to switch depends a lot on practice area. If you do something like criminal, family or private client then its completely different. I'm a commercial trainee solicitor who will be joining the Technology and Data team of the Bristol firm I'm going to, and as commercial/corporate law is very similar in the whole of the UK so it wasn't really an issue. You don't even need to dual/cross qualify. |
