Our third floor tenement flat windows were replaced from the inside (no scaffold requirement) within about three hours all in. Landlord arranged it so don’t know details. Company came for a survey months ahead to size it all up etc. Windows being replaced were extremely old (flat is from 1890s but not sure if the windows are original).
Edit: I should say these were the rear facing ones so could be replaced with new non-PVC type windows without any issue. |
