| Comment | We asked about this when we bought, the owner was basically "these were the ones recommended by the local company as meeting the local planning rules" and as we were trying to buy in North Kelvinside we didn't make any further issue about it.
We're counting on the same happening when we come to sell- someone might care about it, but there'll be a big queue of other buyers behind them who won't.
As you say, a quick glance out the window shows none of this is enforced. |
