Definitely in my job, a lot of the staff who've been forced to continue site visits etc over the past year have been pissed off that they can work alongside 5/6 guys in a confined space but not see 1/2 pals in their own home.
Think it must be even worse for young people if they're working in hospitality, getting shite pay and seeing everyone else enjoying themselves - of course they're gonna want a lock-in or a wee gaff after a shift |
