| Comment | The way I read it was it’s for folks that believe they have missed or lost their letter, I recently moved and my doctors (who are terrible) hadn’t changed my address on their system so that’s why I filled in the form, I also work in a industry where I’m constantly around customers so I honestly don’t feel like I’m skipping anything especially when there are people younger than me with no health problems that have received their 1st jab. |
