As much as some factors are better than others it also comes down to what your account manager is like. We are with James Gibb. For a long time we had a great account manager who set up a WhatsApp for the building that he could be contacted on. He was extremely responsive and communicative.
Unfortunately he moved on and things are a bit slower now. Though JG are very transparent in their pricing. We get an itemised quarterly bill. They haven't applied any unreasonable charges and they're up front about the cost of any repairs. |
