The post has since been updated to say “**Update: Please be patient if you have emailed, you will get a response confirming your details have been added to the list. This will be being send off to the NHS tomorrow morning and they will contact you with your appointment.”
As far as I can see this is just compiling a list of available people for the NHS to arrange you an appointment on short notice, you aren’t specifically having to provide personal details to this man other than a phone number. |
