We took it yesterday lunchtime after it was delivered by Amazon, "just to see" and we both thought we imagined a "slight mellowness" but so slight as to be possibly imagined.
I think the real test will be if there is even a moderate sleep improvement that is sustained over time, and if it returns to normal shitty sleep patterns if we stop.
