For romantic relationships, sorry to say, but you're the common denominator. Maybe it's time to consider why you're attracted to these people or what it is about you that attracts them. Maybe it's worth considering whether Tinder is the best place to meet potential love interests.

Finding friends hasn't been easy with the covid restrictions. In normal times, I'd recommend [Meetup.com](https://Meetup.com) or facebook groups related to specific interests in Glasgow/Scotland. Find people to play ultimate frisbee with, meet up for hikes, or play board games - it really depends on your interests. I do find that people you have fun hanging out with in a pub might not be as excited about the prospect of hanging out once their BAC is back to 0.

As for the work culture, as a Scandinavian I hear you, but you just gotta suck it up. You're not going to change how an entire company works just because you have ideas about fika or flexible hours. Alternatively, try to find a smaller company that has good values but it won't be easy.
Personally, I've tried to focus on working to live and leaving my Scandinavian living to work mentality behind. With a rigid company, you need to make sure you leave your work at work and that your life outside work is awesome. Work will not be what makes you happy here, it'll simply be what allows you to enjoy your evenings and weekends.
