I’d recommend joining a club - it’s a great way to make new friends and will get you in to a routine (which may also help with the work life balance feelings you’re having).
If you’re in to a certain hobby then look on Facebook or similar for a local group.
If you’re in to exercising then there’s tonnes of running clubs and gyms in the greater Glasgow area so there’s sure to be something that takes your fancy. Exercising Will make you feel mentally better too. |
