| Comment | Are any of those parks kept open at night though? I though KG was unique in that regard. Better lighting for all parks open at night seems the best immediate solution. But as I said in an earlier post, rape culture isn’t going to be tackled by lights or cameras, because these things do not deal with the root of the problem.
The placement of some of these cameras also makes me sceptical about that rationale. Like the one right in front of the big open field where young people tend to gather and drink. |
