Comment	Tell me about it. I had an offer accepted just before lockdown and it fell through because of the cladding issue (dodged a bullet there). Then after the first lockdown ended I had an offer accepted on a flat (only 2% above HR) that I wasn't too crazy about, but I'm really glad I did now. I've done a lot of work to it and it's starting to look nice, albeit quite small.
