Pfizer initally recommended 3 weeks, UK (controversially) moved to 12 weeks as part of their prioritisation of first doses
But current evidence suggests the UK strategy has actually led to increased resistance
I believe NHS Scotland schedules for 8+ weeks just to make sure it happens within 12, allowing for rescheduling / supply availability
