| Comment | Southside is wild at the moment. I’ve lived here most of my life and never seen anything like it.
I think it’s a decent place to live although gentrifying quickly, so we are in that golden spot where there’s some beautiful, luxurious businesses but also the good olde stalwarts that are well priced and have been here for ages.
West end is just to pricey rent wise for a lot of non-premium goods businesses. It’s a shame, it sucks the life out of the place when what shaped an area is no longer viable in the area. |
