I went through this about a year ago in a Tesco van when it was definitely red. It undeniably flashed me. Shat myself. The penalty is £100 and 3 points on your license. I was on a temporary contract and thought I would get sacked.
Got away with it. Some colleagues suggested I'd be ok because there would be no-one out to check the camera due to lockdown.
Don't know whats what but I haven't had anything through.
