Not just now, sectors of the Glasgow market have been mental for _ages_. The West End has been looney-tunes for as long as I can remember.
I guess what is changing is that now enough people have been priced out they are going elsewhere (e.g. Shawlands), getting priced out of there and going elsewhere....rinse and repeat.
