I would call Alice Rocks in Gibson street and ask all these questions. They seemed very down to Earth and friendly - I had my first cut after almost 2 years with them (after lockdown) and when I called I specifically said I have curly hair so they put me through with a person that does curly hair (unfortunately I can't remember the name!). I would give them a try. They are currently taking bookings.
