| Comment | Agreed. There's so many facilities there that are just left to rot: the pavilion, the green, the Fossil Grove, the flowerbeds, the hill where the mini gold used to be. There's potential to turn the blaise pitch into a car park as it's just wasteland at the moment - can't tell you how long that shipping container has been rusting away for.
There's obviously a real demand for the community to use these facilities as they have been doing so despite GCC/GL's obvious disdain for the area, so why not just give them ownership? They'd do a hell of a better job than the current owners ever could. |
