Although the local stats might not look great they're quite encouraging. The main outbreak has remained relatively localised and the worst outbreaks haven't continued to grow exponentially to the crazy levels we saw in the Wigtownshire new variant outbreak at Christmas and Ne'erday. Along with all the other data it underlines how much things have changed with a significant chunk of the population vaccinated.
