I don't quite understand why they are so bad. Well apparently they are, as everyone here said to stay away from them, but I kinda thought the area where the flats are would be a better indicator than the type of building. Townhead, Drygate and Gorbals all seem pretty gentrified, so I thought these wouldn't be as bad.
