| Comment | I just checked with the Oracle (my Fiancé who works on the vaccine helpline) and she confirmed that they would ask people to register online and she also added that in any case where they do register over the phone, its usually only elderly people who cant work computers. All she would do is go to the exact same registration site and fill it in for them.
Call wait times are through the roof and they are inundated with calls for stuff that can be done online so yeah, please go online as a first point of call to help her and her colleagues out haha. |
