To me this article sounds like there will be a festival in Glasgow Green, without it being clear whether the rest of Glasgow will leave Level 3 restrictions. Which would be an awful sign to everybody living in this city. In fact, it feels already crazy that we are still not allowed to go to the beach when in a few weeks time there will be an international mass gathering here.
