| Comment | I never got a letter either, did the same thing as you re calling up and getting my appointment details given to me that way.
The NHS then emailed and texted me the appointment details a few days before the appointment.
I didn't ever receive an actual letter. I didn't need my reference at the appointment either, just had to confirm my name and date of birth. |
