Depends on the high rise I think. The ones in Broomhill are mostly decent. Now and then there's a problem neighbour or rubbish left outside but it's mostly pretty quiet and respectful in my experience. The Broomhill flats are weirdly situated though, bottom 10pc of Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation, then literally across the road on Broomhill Drive, top 10pc.
