Keeps happening to me, tried to change my address twice, it's been near enough impossible to actually speak to someone at my GP surgery since March last year.
Fortunately mine got sent to my mums who forwarded them on to me, hospital is still trying to book me appointments a 2 hour drive away & again, are impossible to contact.
