| Comment | I think there's 2 problems: 1. there seems to be an issue with people not turning up for 2nd vaccinations (god only knows why, maybe the experience of the 1st put them off, or they don't think they need it), and 2. now we're dealing with younger age groups there's a much greater chance of letters going to wrong/old addresses. On Nextdoor I've seen lots of folk reporting letters being delivered for international students who left the country years ago
which makes it clear we definitely need to get to online bookings rather than blue letters |
