Whats the problem with the city centre high rises like some have said in this thread? Anderston and Cowcaddens are right outside the "financial district" and Townhead and Drygate seem "studentified"? Never seen any bother round them, for a small budget I don't see how they could be worse than a tenement on the outskirts in a "rough" area?
