Comment | I really wish runners in Glasgow would show more consideration for others by *not* bursting past on narrow paths without warning.
Call out (this is what I do), use the road if safe (sometimes do that as well), wear a bell or *something*. It's murder if you have kids, are carrying a load, walking the dog, are infirm etc.
It's not all runners of course, but it's enough and it's selfish. If you are going for a PB, do it on a track or an actual race; not a public path. |
