| Comment | Aye there's magic wee bits of the southside these days, I just don't know it well enough to recommend. I've lived and worked in most areas on the north side of the river, and I think paying that wee bit extra in rent in the West End is worthwhile both because you will save as much on transport, and also because it's just a nice place to live. A small one-bed in Partick certainly wouldn't set you back much more than the same in Dennistoun these days anyway, and you would spend a lot less time waiting for buses. If the OP's just coming for a short while, she might as well see the best of the place. |
