People who squeeze past without notice are assholes and they should stop doing it sure, definitely never on the inside and on the outside then give a shout if the people in front are being inconsiderate and taking up the entire path.
I spend a lot of time on shared paths, in general the people who follow the rules and etiquette of shared paths are around 80% cyclists, 60% runners and 30% walkers, the group who gets complained about not following etiquette are inversely proportional |
