| Comment | I got a blue letter about a week ago. I was so excited. This is it! Turns out it was for the man who lived here four years ago. I wrote 'No longer at this address' on it and returned it to the postbox. No idea if it will reach him.
By the way, in case you don't know there is a way to check when your appointment is if you think your letter is missing (I have done this now). Go to:
