I was 95th in queue yesterday morning and it took 1 hour 44 minutes. Partner phoned that afternoon, was 104 in queue, took 50 minutes to get to 66th, but took me to my appointment and was just put in the list and told to hang up.
It was absolutely dead-- maybe four people on the waiting area. No queue.
