It isn't five minutes for everyone though-- yesterday it took me an hour and 44 minutes to get 95 spaces.
I agree it's worth waiting even 2-3 hours, but the fact is some people might not be able to. Some job sites have you put your phone away (locker, off site, etc) until break.
