Comment	OK, I am going through this right now. It goes like this: 1. The nursery registers your child with Council. 2. Glasgow Council Early Years Services sends you a letter with Authorization Code that you need to give to the nursery (I think you get a letter at the end of each therm.) 3. The nursery put the code into NAMS system that apparently releases money for your child. 4. You pay full fees and at the end of each therm, the nursery is giving you back the founding from the council. Note: 16 free hours are for council nurseries that are closed for holidays. In case of private nurseries, you will get 12 free hrs as those ore open for holidays so dont be confuse if you will get less money than you pay for 16hrs.
