How many people die each year because of pigeons? Now compare that to the number of people that die on the road? Maybe we should ban people from driving?
Or how about the number of people that get killed because of dogs? How many people have you heard of that got ripped apart by a dog? let's ban dogs too?
This has nothing to do with a public health hazard and has everything to do with humans hating certain species just because they can.
