I'll be watching from my house, and I'll no doubt be steaming but let's acknowledge the reality that football fans who attend games like to consume alcohol and historically there has been trouble when the one goes into the other. I'm not saying they're all violent thugs and I'm not pissing on the working class (you should see the callouses on my hands), because any post about booze and football inevitably ends up using different shaped balls as some sort of proxy class indicator. |
