| Comment | I worked with the DM to make a character that fits into their homebrew world and campaign, but it feels like every time I try to make an earnest attempt to roleplay, the rest of the group doesn't have time for me. They interact with each other in character regularly, but when I try to it's usually met with silence or the DM moving on. It feels like I'm just there for the sake of it rather than being a member of the party.
They're all veteran players and I've only been playing with them for a couple of years and despite making characters to complement the party, trying to fit in with the world and learning my character's abilities, it feels like I'm not wanted at the table. |
