| Comment | sounds like the group is the problem. Reach out to various gaming stores, see if any of them are running the lost mines of phandelver campaign, the starter set. I know you've been playing for a bit, but having a prerolled character removes some of the bits that can complicate the game, get used to that character and let you concentrate more on the role playing aspect and the story.
I know Castle Comics in Cumbernauld has at least one run through of the starter set in the next wee while so I assume others may be doing the same to get folks back through the doors. |
