I might be wrong here but I doubt you'll find anyone that specialises in "Arab text" in Glasgow, and decent artist can do script easily. I don't know off the top of my head any middle Eastern tattooist. I know there's a few that might have an south Asian/Scottish background which obviously doesn't help. But if youre wanting translation I would try getting an Arabic teacher to help.
