I've walked through the one at Anderston and the whole "boulevard" thing that is going on is nice but there is the same problem to a degree, it's all generic.
The repetition of pattern does kinda work (all tenements are the same) but then the detail flourishes are individual and create interest (all tenements are unique). Seems we have forgotten that last part.
