| Comment | You think they want to anger people in what is currently their heartlands? Doesn't seem practical to me.
I think what's happened here is that they're far too afraid of the risks involved after putting so much effort into setting limits and judging metrics. I get the concern they have, but equally there comes a point where the government should let go of the responsibility and give it back to the individual when the risk no longer justifies it. |
