| Comment | In any given scenario I suppose you will get the hardened thief, the semi - hardened thief and the ones who would nick it if the keys were in type, it would certainly deter the last ones but possibly others if it was in a cul-de sac and lots of eyes were on him, also if I was going to nick a bike, being seen pulling up the cover is risking being noted and possibly getting a kicking. |
